1. Service Description
TDAC.travel is a private, paid assistance service that helps you complete and submit the official Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) via the Thai government portal. We are not part of the Royal Thai Government or Thai Immigration Bureau.
2. Our Fees
The price shown at checkout ($29 USD or local currency equivalent) includes:
- Our service/assistance fee
- Any official government processing fee (if applicable at the time of submission)
The total amount is final – no hidden charges.
3. Refund Policy (100% Clear & Fair)

To request a refund, simply reply to your order confirmation email or write to [email protected] with your order number. We process refunds within 3–5 business days back to the original payment method.
4. Your Responsibilities
You confirm that:
- All information you provide is true, accurate, and matches your passport exactly
- Your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your arrival date in Thailand
- You understand the TDAC is a mandatory entry requirement and not a visa
5. Limitations of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Rejection of your TDAC caused by incorrect information you supplied
- Flight delays, missed flights, or changes to your travel plans
- Entry denial at the border (Thai Immigration has final authority)
6. Processing Time
We normally deliver your approved TDAC within 24 hours. During peak periods it may take up to 48 hours. We are not liable for delays caused by the Thai government system.
7. Changes & Cancellation by You
You may cancel or modify your application free of charge before we submit it to the Thai authorities. After submission, changes are not possible and no refund applies.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
