TDAC.travel is operated by DAC Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14897241) with registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. We provide paid assistance in completing the official Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) on behalf of travellers.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information required to complete your TDAC submission and process your payment:

  • Full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number and expiry date
  • Travel details (flight number, arrival date, port of entry)
  • Accommodation in Thailand
  • Contact email address and phone number
  • Payment card details (processed securely by Stripe – we never see or store full card numbers)

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To fill in and submit the official TDAC form to the Thai authorities on your behalf
  • To send you your approved TDAC QR code and confirmation
  • To issue payment receipts and handle refunds
  • To contact you if there is an issue with your application

4. Legal Basis

We process your data under “performance of a contract” (providing the TDAC assistance service you requested) and “legitimate interests” (fraud prevention and customer support).

5. Who We Share Your Data With

  • Thai Immigration authorities – we submit your TDAC details directly to the official government portal
  • Stripe – our PCI-compliant payment processor (they handle card data in a secure iframe)
  • Cloud hosting providers (EU/UK-based servers only)

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

We delete all personal data 30 days after your arrival date in Thailand, except for basic transaction records required for accounting (kept 7 years under UK law).

You have the right to:

  • Access your data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion
  • Object to processing
  • Data portability

8. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Card information never touches our servers – it is handled exclusively by Stripe.
